Booking your collection is simple and straightforward. Choose your preferred collection time through our online booking system or give us a call. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening slots to accommodate your schedule.
On collection day, our uniformed driver will arrive at your specified time. Simply hand over your items – we'll provide garment bags if needed. Each item is carefully logged and tagged to ensure nothing goes missing.
Your garments are then transported to our facility where our expert team cleans and presses them using premium, eco-friendly products. Within 48 hours, we'll return your items to your door, beautifully finished and protected in breathable garment covers.
For regular customers, we can arrange recurring collections on a schedule that suits you, making the entire process even more convenient.

We're proud to offer free collection and delivery throughout West London and surrounding areas. Our service covers Brentford, Chiswick, Ealing, Acton, Kew, Richmond, Twickenham, Hounslow, and nearby postcodes including TW8, TW9, W4, W5, W3, and W13.
Collection times are available Monday through Saturday, with slots from 8am to 8pm. We understand that plans change, so we offer flexible rescheduling with just 24 hours' notice. For urgent requirements, we also provide express same-day and next-day services at competitive rates.

Our collection and delivery service is completely free for all orders over £25. For smaller orders, a modest £5 collection fee applies. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges – you'll receive a detailed quote before we collect your items.
